Spaghetti with Anchovies (Spaghetti con Le Acciughe)
Instructions
After washing and barbed anchovies, make a sauce in a bowl with the butter, a little oil and anchovies, with a lot of slowness.
Together with all the tomato sauce and, after a few minutes, remove from heat the sauce thus obtained.
Bake as usual spaghetti apart nicely al dente and in salted water, drain and toss with the anchovy sauce.
It is not recommended to add grated Parmesan.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 150 g of fresh anchovies
- 80 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt
