Spaghetti with Anchovies (Spaghetti con Acciughe)
Instructions
Water and de-boned anchovies, then chop very finely with a sprig of parsley and only half a clove of garlic.
Put the mixture in a salad bowl with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix thoroughly.
Bring to a boil salted water, lessatevi, drain spaghetti al dente, rinse well in hot condiment container and mix them so they absorb the flavor of the anchovy.
Finally, sprinkle with a pinch of pepper and serve immediately.
Accompanying wines: Friuli Aquileia Riesling DOC, Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi DOC, Vermentino Di Sardegna DOC.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 150 g of salted anchovies
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
