Spaghetti with broad beans
Instructions
Thinly slice the spring onions and wish to add in oil for 10 minutes over low heat and cover pan.
Combine the beans, 1 cup of water, salt and cook for 15 minutes.
Whisk 1/3 of the beans.
Brown apart from the garlic, add the beans whole and pureed, chopped Mint and seasoning.
Boil the spaghetti, drain and pour into the pan with the beans.
Blow them up to high heat a few minutes then should the fire and serve topped with the cheese.

- 300 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 400 g of fresh shelled beans
- 3 spring onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- Fresh mint
- Grated pecorino cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
