Spaghetti with Chicken (Spaghetti con Pollo)
Instructions
Cut the chicken into thin strips oblique; mix it well with the ginger juice, sake and potato starch.
Cut the ham to 5 mm wide rectangles and the bamboo shoots into thin slices; Please find the dried Chinese mushrooms and cut them into strips.
Cut the leek into pieces of 3-4 cm.
Heat 2 tablespoons peanut oil in a wok (or other pot) and skip the chicken; as soon as it is cooked, put it aside on a plate.
Pour two tablespoons of peanut oil in wok and Sauté mushrooms, bamboo shoots and Leek.
Mix in ham, add the chicken and you blast the whole thing quickly.
Stir together sauce ingredients and add these too.
Cook for a few minutes, pour the potato starch dissolved in an equal amount of water to give density to the plate.
Boil the pasta in plenty of water (Note: must not cook much), drain and pour into the wok hot with melted lard; Let it jump over a high flame until it takes a nice golden color.
Arrange on serving dish and pour over all other ingredients.

- 1 1/2 tablespoons of potato starch
- For the sauce:
- 3 cups of broth
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sake
