Spaghetti with chilli peppers
Instructions
Peel the peppers, cut into small pieces and fry them in hot oil for 10 minutes, then drain on paper towel and season with salt.
Sauté the garlic in 5 tablespoons oil.
Boil the spaghetti, drain and pour into the pan with the garlic, add the chilies, chopped basil, salt and pepper.
Skip the pasta over high heat stirring often and serve hot.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 400 g of sweet green chillies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chopped basil
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
