Spaghetti in mushroom sauce and pecorino
Instructions
Roast the peppers, peel them and apart from Cook mushrooms with olive oil, crushed garlic, wine and chili.
At the end of cooking add the peppers and chop the mixture.
Place the sauce in a pan and stir for a few minutes.
Add salt, Cook and drain the pasta and pour into the pan.
Stir as you add the grated pecorino romano.

- 500 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 2 red peppers
- 500 g of mushrooms
- Olive oil
- Hot pepper
- White wine
- Salt

- Grated pecorino cheese
