Sweet and sour pork stew
Instructions
In a bowl, let marinate for about 2 hours the stew with the brandy and soybean.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce.
Clean and wash the peppers, finely chop together onions and pickles.
In a saucepan heat half the butter and two tablespoons of olive oil, add the vegetables and let them stand for a few minutes mixing them.
Then cover with half a glass of water and a tablespoon of vinegar.
Add sugar and ketchup.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook for about 20 minutes.
In another pan heat butter and two tablespoons of olive oil, drained meat in saucepan.
When you clean, pour over the sauce and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
Serve the stew with cooked white rice without salt.

- 600 g of pork stew
- 1 dram of brandy
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 green peppers
- 3 red peppers
- 1 onion
- 4 pickles
- Wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 25 g of sugar
- 60 g of butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
