Instructions

Cut the meat into small cubes.

In a saucepan melt the butter, let it get brown very fine chopped onions and diced bacon.

Add meat, stir, sprinkle a bit of flour.

Stir again for seasoning.

Pour in the wine and cook over low heat until almost completely reduced liquid.

Adjust salt and pepper.

Serve hot.

Accompanying wines: Lessona DOC, Percarlo VdT of Tuscany, Count Red VdT.
