Chicken stew with thyme
Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces and put it to marinate in wine together with salt, pepper and thyme.
Prepare the sauce: Finely chop the onion, carrot, celery and 5 basil leaves, wilting them in a pan with oil and little water; Add the drained chicken pieces from marinade and slapstick, and sauté.
Add marinade liquid.
Evaporated liquid, pour the tomato pureeing, the rest of the Basil, salt and pepper, thyme, chopped.
Cooking is completed by adding a little at a time the broth kept hot.

- 1000 g of chicken
- 250 g of sauce tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- 7 leaves basil
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 glass of broth
- 1 glass white wine
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
