Skewers of quail
Instructions
In a bowl, let it soften the butter and then add the Rosemary and a little finely chopped onion, salt, pepper.
Clean and wash the quails, dry them carefully.

Put them on skewers alternating with the slices of bread, brush with oil and cook for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Serve on the serving dish surrounded by risotto with butter.
