Tomato Sauce (Sugo di Pomodoro)
Instructions
This is the classic recipe that accompanies the classic dish of pasta or rice.
Heat in a frying pan, a moderate flame, oil.
Add the onion and when will have taken a golden color add celery and tomato.
Cook, slowly, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
Add salt, pepper and sugar.
After about twenty minutes add some Basil leaf and after 5 minutes pour sauce on pasta this good you'll well cooked al dente.

- 500 g of fresh tomatoes
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- == 1 large onion Finely Chopped
- 1 stalk of celery finely chopped
- Basil
