Instructions
In a large skillet add the olive oil, salt and garlic; Add the lamb and Brown over high heat for 15 minutes.
Add the Sage, Rosemary, pepper and place over low heat and add the vinegar and let it cook for a few minutes.
Turn occasionally the lamb to roast evenly, add half a tablespoon of flour and half a glass of water to thicken.
Lower the heat, put a lid on and cook for another 15 minutes.
If the liquid withdraws too add a little water.
When the lamb is cooked, serve piping hot.
