Grilled swiss
Instructions
Mince very fine meat, parsley and minced.
Put everything in a bowl, mix the meat and parsley with the eggs, add salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Add the Parmesan mixture, so you have a soda.
Worked again with wooden spoon to get a uniform and everything absolutely make meatballs with the mixture.
Grease with very little oil double Swiss grid, place a Meatball, close by.
Set to cook for a few seconds first on one side, then the other, over open flame.
Take heed to taste for cooking time: If you want blood enough Swiss ten minutes in all.
Served piping hot with mixed salad or mashed.
