Black truffle tagliatelle
Instructions
Grate the truffle and chopped parsley, garlic and anchovies work then the ingredients in a mortar until you obtain a homogeneous paste that you rest, covering it with oil.
Boil the noodles in plenty of boiling water, drained al dente and spadellatele in a pan in which you've warmed truffle sauce, then serve immediately.

- 350 g of type pasta noodles
- 200 g of black truffle
- 80 g of anchovy fillets
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
