Black truffle sauce
Instructions
Clean by wiping them gently truffles with a damp brush.
Grattugiateli and merged to formed the anchovies de-boned and chop very finely.
Dilute the mixture with olive oil a delicate taste to prevail the flavor of truffles.
The sauce should have a rather fluid consistency.
When serving sprinkle with a few drops of lemon.
Serve with boiled chicken or egg noodles.

- 3 anchovies
- Few drops of lemon juice
