Herb Noodles (Tagliatelle Alle Erbe)
Instructions
Put to boil water in a large pot.
Meanwhile heat about 80 g of olive oil in a pan and put on lively enough flame.
Add chopped herbs (about a teaspoon for every kind of grass), peeled tomatoes, semi private, reduced into small cubes, salt, pepper and let Cook for about a minute.
Salt the water, enjoy the noodles al dente and drain.
Pour the dough into the Pan, 40 g of soft butter and 2 tablespoons of grated cheese.
Mix well together with herbs.
Transfer the preparation in a warm serving dish and garnish with a pinch of parsley.
Serve immediately, bringing to the table a little bowl of grated Parmesan.
