Tonnarelli with squid and potatoes
Instructions
Cut the squid into pieces and let them cook with olive oil, a clove of garlic and 1/2 glass of white wine.
Almost complete cooking add the green tomatoes cut in small pieces.
Separately boil the potatoes and add one to the mixture of calamari, diced, while they are still cooking.
The second must be added only when cooked after it crushed with a fork.
Add the parsley and pepper.
The compound with which season the tonnarelli obviously should not be too dry.
