Instructions

Chop garlic and onion, put them in a pan with oil and a bit of parsley, let dry for 2 minutes over head, and then add the tuna slices, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes per side.

Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of hot water, cover, lower the heat and cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove the cover.

Combine the wine, dilute the flour with a little water and add it to the trance and cook until thickened.
