Drunken tuna
Instructions
Chop garlic and onion and brown them in 4 tablespoons oil with parsley for 5 minutes over low heat.
Combine the tuna slices, salt, and pepper and cook 5 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of hot water, cover, lower the heat and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
Add the wine.
Dilute 1/2 tablespoon of flour in a little water and blend it with the tuna.
Cook, turning the flame lively fish, until the broth is dense.

- 600 g of fresh tuna steaks
- 1/2 cup of red wine
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
