Instructions
Clean the fish, sfilettatelo and then rub with salt.
Clean well and cut all vegetables into chunks not too big.
Place the fish fillets in a pan with the hot oil and FRY on both sides.
Remove from the Pan when Golden and will, in the same oil, put the sliced onion, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, chili, tomato sauce and water.
After 10 minutes add the vegetables and cook.
Arrange the vegetables and fish in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 150 degrees.

- 2 cups of tomato sauce

- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 zucchini
