Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Grease a baking dish and arrange inside the potato slices.
Cover with half of the cheddar and then another layer of potatoes.
Cover with the remaining cheddar.
In the mixer to mix the remaining ingredients.
Pour the mixture over the potatoes.
Bake for about 30 minutes.

- 300 g of potatoes cut in thin slices
- 150 g of ricotta
- 150 g of cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sliced onion
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
