Instructions
In a large bowl place the chestnut flour, add the oil, a pinch of salt, grated lemon rind and milk.
Carefully mix all the ingredients together using a wooden spoon, until mixture is homogeneous, smooth and without lumps.
Meanwhile, oil grease a cake pan with spolverizzandolo of flour and pour the mixture by distributing it evenly.
Put in the oven already warm and let Cook for about 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees, checking every now and then.
Finally, the cake baked, let cool and serve.
Trick: remove the cake from the oven only when the surface is golden brown and the Interior dry.
You might check with a toothpick.
Tip: serve the spolverizzandola cake with icing sugar or cocoa.
