Instructions

Clean the artichokes and dip them in water acidulated with lemon juice.

Drain and cut them into wedges.

Flour and FRY in hot oil.

Arrange in a baking dish, pour over beaten eggs with salt, pepper and Parmesan.

Pass in a hot oven until the cake has a nice golden color.
