Pilchards and potato pie
Instructions
Clean the sardines and remove the bone, chop garlic and parsley together, Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin discs and Blanch in salted water for one minute.
In a small pan, put on a little olive oil and toggle a layer of sardines flavored with garlic, parsley, salt and pepper, with a layer of blanched potatoes, making several layers, leaving as the last potatoes.
Bake in very hot oven 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
