Trenette, mussels and turmeric

Brush, boil, shell Mussels and maintain the cooking liquid.
Put in a pan a few tablespoons of olive oil, 1 clove garlic and rosolarvi the mussels; spolverizzarle with a veil of turmeric into the Pan then transfer the trenette, wet them with the liquid of mussels and toss quickly; season with salt, and fill with white pepper and ground fresh parsley.

- 350 g of type trenette pasta
- 1000 g of mussels
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 velo of turmeric
- Minced 1 of fresh parsley
- A few tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- White pepper
