Trenette, tuna and lemon
Instructions
Drain tuna, pour it into the Bowl where you condirà the dough and close it with a fork.
Peel the clove of garlic and cut it into thin slices.
Wash the Basil and parsley, Pat dry and chop with anchovies; then combine all tuna.
Add the sliced garlic, lemon zest and a generous ground pepper.
Drizzle with 5 tablespoons of olive oil and mix.
Cook the trenette in salted water.
A moment before, drain, remove the garlic slices from the tuna sauce; pour the dough in the bowl, stir and serve.

- 350 g of type trenette pasta
- 300 g of tuna in olive oil
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 3 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- 4 leaves fresh basil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Minced 1 of peppercorns
