Instructions

Peel carrots and onion, insert the cloves into the onion, the bunch of parsley bound with kitchen twine or one with white thread a bit chunky, wash it and dry it gently.

In a pan Sauté oil, onion, carrots and parsley, add the meat and Brown on all sides, pepper and white wine, special grain Knorr broth and water, cover and cook gently for 1 focus now, turn the meat and if necessary add a little more water and continue still cooking for another 45 minutes.

Remove the meat from the Pan, remove the wire from the parsley and cloves and passes or blend the sauce with vegetables.

Cut the meat into slices and serve with the gravy nicely thickened.
