Boiled eggs with oysters
Instructions
Hard boil the eggs, Peel and cut them in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks, collect them in a bowl, mash with a fork and ammorbiditeli with a little oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Open the oysters, remove the mussels and season with a knob of butter and chopped parsley.
Lightly toasted slices of bread and spread them, still hot, with a thin layer of butter.
On each put a slice of lemon and a half-cut egg stuffed with oysters.
Cover with egg sauce and serve.
