Vermicelloni anchovies and breadcrumbs
Instructions
In a pan melt the anchovy paste in the oil extra virgin olive oil for about 2 minutes with chilli.
In a small frying pan frying the breadcrumbs in a little oil extra virgin olive oil with crushed garlic.
Vermicelloni boil in salted water, drain them but not too much.
Let them jump in padellone with oil and the anchovies.
Before serving, add the breadcrumbs and chopped fresh parsley.

- 600 g of type vermicelloni pasta
- 1/2 pipe of anchovy paste
- Hot pepper
- Parsley
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 glass of olive oil extra virgin
- Breadcrumbs
