Sea bass with artichokes
Instructions
Clean the sea bass and farcitelo with garlic, olive oil, Rosemary and parsley.
Place in an ovenproof dish in which you put the same ingredients and let it marinate for as long as you like by adding us even white wine.
Apart prepared artichokes sautéed (olive oil, garlic, parsley and crumbled nut).
Bake about 30 minutes calculating for each 1000 g of fish (if you get a big fish) with an electric oven to 250 degrees.
A five or ten minutes before turning off add artichokes because they insaporiscano together.

- 1 1000 g of sea bass
- 5 artichokes
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- Rosemary
- Parsley
- Salt
- Broth
