Spiced sea bass
Instructions
In a pan pour 25 cl of water, add the green pepper, Sesame, cloves, Bay leaves and salt; simmer 4 minutes, filtered by a pass and then let cool.
FRY in oil the fillets of sea bass, spray them with aromatic liquid and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 fillets sea bass
- 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 2 cloves
- 2 leaves of laurel
- Salt
- Green pepper in grains
- Olive oil
