Clam chowder
Instructions
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil with garlic and chilli.
Add the clams and flavor.
In a crock pot heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add chopped parsley, pepper, celery and tomatoes.
Add salt, Saute, stretch with 100 cl of hot water, pepper and boil for 10 minutes.
Add clams and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve with toasted bread.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of frozen clams
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bit of chili
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 costa of celery
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 peeled tomatoes
- Stale bread in slices
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
