Broccoli in wine (2)
Instructions
Divide to Broccoli Florets, wash them and let them FRY in a pan with the chopped garlic and onion and oil.
Spray them with wine, soak them with broth, season with salt and cook for 50 minutes.

- 850 g of broccoli
- 1 chopped garlic and onion
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
