Instructions

Wash and dice the Eggplant and fry it in a pan with plenty of hot oil, drain and let it dry paper oil House.

Bring cooking spaghetti in the boiling water and salt.

In a pan with oil, garlic and chilli, add the tomato sauce, cook it then add the fried eggplant.

A few minutes of cooking add the capers and anchovies.

Drain spaghetti al dente, finish cooking in the sauce.
