Trio of arista on broccoli serviced and pepper crusco
Instructions
Cut the pork cubes pork, Cook in a pan with oil, salt, garlic and Rosemary, blend it with white wine and bring it to cooking.
Removed it and cook in the same pan with the juices of the meat cooking boiled broccoli and toasted pine nuts in the oven.
FRY peppers in hot oil and serve them on arista lying in turn over the broccoli and pine nuts.
