Instructions
Wash the anchovies and fillet them.
Clean and boil the beans in salted water.
Drain and keep aside.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat oil and butter and fry the chopped garlic and parsley, add the anchovy fillets and mix.
Combine the green beans, mix again and let them flavor, adjusting the salt and pepper.
