Instructions
Saute in oil 4 tablespoons Diced Bacon.
Try and keep it warm.
In the same oil, saute the chopped pepper and chopped onion.
Add the tomatoes peeled and chopped, salt, Cook for 10 minutes over high heat then put the bacon in the sauce.
Boil the bucatini al dente and drain.
Toss with the sauce amatriciana and plentiful pecorino.

- 600 g of type pasta bucatini
- 150 g of bacon
- 3 sauce tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Hot pepper
- 2 onions
- Abundant of grated pecorino cheese
- Salt
