Bucatini with tuna and mushrooms
Instructions
Carefully clean mushrooms by wiping them with a soft, damp cloth or a brush, then slice thinly lengthways.
In a pan with oil and butter, then saute the garlic fresh focus, until nicely Golden.
Add the anchovies and spappolatela with the help of a fork, then add the mushrooms.
Stir with a wooden spoon and cook on moderate heat for 20 minutes.
At the end add the chopped tuna, a teaspoon of oregano, salt and ground pepper a and simmer again until the tuna will be very hot.
Boil al dente bucatini in a pot full of boiling salted water, drain and toss with the sauce.
