Carp with olives
Instructions
Eviscerated fish, wash them and dry them.
Make a mixture with two cloves of garlic, a bunch of parsley, salt and pepper.
CARP stuffed with the mixture.
Place in a baking dish greased with oil, pour about a tablespoon each of vinegar, sprinkle with olives pitted and chopped.
Passed the dish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook for about 40 minutes.
The CARP on the serving dish, drizzle with the sauce and serve immediately.

- 4 carp by portion
- 12 green olives
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
