Spanish rabbit
Instructions
Cut the rabbit into pieces and roast it with oil and butter.
Combine the garlic, sliced, tomatoes, chopped herbs and a pinch of salt.
Cover and cook slowly for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, adding a little broth if necessary.

- 4 cloves of garlic
- 750 g of tomatoes cut into fillets
- 1 chopped mixed herbs
- Little of broth
- Olive oil
- Butter
