Tasty rabbit
Instructions
Cut the rabbit into pieces, wash it in water and vinegar and dry.
FRY in oil and butter on medium heat.
Then, spray of wine and let it evaporate.
Bake about 1 hour, covered, adding hot stock.
In a Pan fry the Diced Bacon in a little oil, add chopped Sage and Rosemary and salt and seasoning.
Add the chopped rabbit just before you lift it from the fire.
Stir and serve hot.

- 1200 g of rabbit
- 100 g of bacon (sliced from 100 g)
- Rosemary
- Sage
- White wine
- Broth
- Wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
