Bowls of prawns
Instructions
Dip the prawns in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes, then drain and sgusciateli.
Prepare the mayonnaise and season with Rubra sauce and half a glass of cognac.
Mix the prawns with pink sauce made with fresh lettuce leaves, well washed and drained and placed some prawns around the brim of the competition.
Serve well chilled.
