Spinach ring
Instructions
FRY spinach thawed in oil; simultaneously fry the squash, trimmed and cubed, butter and sprinkle the Sage washed and chopped.
Stir occasionally and add salt.
The spinach will be ready in 10 minutes, the pumpkin in 15 minutes.
When cooked place doughnut on the serving dish, spinach and pumpkin in the Middle put the stew.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

- 750 g of frozen leaf spinach
- 600 g of pumpkin
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 30 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Garlic
- Sage
- Salt
