Stuffed mussels
Instructions
To open live fire on the mussels, then widen the valve.
Do 1 chopped with the ham, meat, cooked lettuce; mix with egg, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and fill with the mixture the mussels.
Bind them, put them in a pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of sauce diluted with 1 ladle of water and cook for 20 minutes.

- 24 mussels
- 50 g of ham
- 60 g of meat
- 100 g of cooked lettuce salad
- 1 egg
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
