Instructions
Fire place a saucepan with salted water to boil the pasta.
While waiting for the water take a boil, prepare the sauce: put in a saucepan (which may also contain pasta) 3 tablespoons olive oil, a clove of crushed garlic with a pinch of salt 3 anchovy fillets and mushy with a fork; you warm up well, then add the tomatoes to the Blender, chopped tuna and a little salt: let it thicken the sauce over low heat.
In another saucepan, prepare a sauce with three tablespoons of oil, with another clove of garlic chopped and well the other three anchovy fillets mushy.
Stir over low heat, then throw yourself through switch clean mushrooms and cut rather large and have them jump over high heat for a few minutes; Add salt, lower the heat and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
After this time, transfer the mushrooms with their cooking the sauce in the saucepan, Sprinkle chopped parsley and cook everything together for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile you cooked the pasta: drain and reflect in the bowl of sauce, leaving still on low heat.
