Beans to crab
Instructions
Soak the beans for 1 night in warm water, then drain and cook them in water flavored with 1 clove of peeled garlic and parsley until will be soft; turn off the heat, season with salt and drain by removing the aromas.
Drain the crabmeat and mix it with the beans, lemon juice and 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
Deploy all in individual dishes, then add the sprouts of Arugula and pepper.

- 250 g of spain dried beans
- 200 g of crabmeat au naturel
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 2 tablespoons of rucola salad shoots
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
