French beans alla genovese
Instructions
Boil the green beans in boiling water with baking for 10 minutes.
Pound in a mortar (or blending) the garlic with the olive oil and sauté the chopped into 15 cl of olive oil until it will be well blended.
Combine the beans and let them season a high flame.
Add salt, pepper, add chopped parsley and mix.
Serve the green beans with fried bread croutons and olives.

- 600 g of green beans
- 12 anchovy fillets
- 50 g of parsley
- Bit 1 of baking
- 1 clove of garlic
- 15 cl of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
