Green beans in fricassee
Instructions
Fry the chopped onion in butter and oil, then add the boiled beans, salt, seasoning and add the tomato sauce.
Off the heat add the beaten yolks with lemon juice, thicken and serve.

- 450 g of green beans
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 25 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
