Instructions

Shell the beans and put them in a saucepan with the thyme, a pinch of salt and flush with water.

Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes.

Drain the beans, remove the thyme and put them in a legumiera.

Beat the oil with the mustard and some chopped thyme leaf, pour the sauce over the beans and mix well.
