Put the butter in a saucepan.
To melted butter Cook the breast still frozen slices for about 12 minutes rigirandole often towards the end of cooking.
Season with salt, to taste.
Place each slice on a prepared sauce with mushrooms, cut into thin slices, cooked in butter with parsley, garlic and salt, add a spoonful of whipped cream and pass the hot oven for a few minutes, then serve.
